As a Sales manager, your role is to lay the foundation for Sendios Sales flow by engaging with prospects and customers, helping them understand the value of Sendios, and moving them forward in the sales process. As Sendiose's first point of contact, you play a key role in building the Sendios brand, creating a great first impression, and building momentum for not only the sales team but the company as a whole. We’re in the early days of building a world-class sales organization, and the road ahead is going to be very exciting.
As Sales manager, you will:
  • Maintain and build on the quality relationships between leadership partners in Sales, Marketing, and Operations while ensuring alignment in strategy and execution;
  • Build and refine Sales processes to maximize execution, efficiency, and production of Sales Development;
  • Demonstrate and communicate expert knowledge on metrics related to sales qualified leads, opportunity conversion rates %, and SDR pipeline attribution;
  • Achieve and exceed your monthly goal for generating new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
  • Breaking into new companies and new markets, and we do this by engaging with prospects by using a multi-channel, value-based approach with the goal of establishing relationships and driving brand awareness.


Hard skills:
  • 3+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying experience in sales, customer success, or partner manager role;
  • Strong commercial acumen and track record of achieving revenue-focused KPIs;
  • An energized self-starter with the ability to navigate and execute across multiple teams in a fast-moving organization;
  • Skilled at building relationships at all levels of partner/sales organizations;
  • Strong product aptitude and ability to communicate technical concepts;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication;
  • Exhibits a growth mindset, curiosity, and ambition.

Soft skills:
  • Highly organized with an ability to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and to collaborate as part of a team;
  • Team player with a “can do” attitude.
  • Creative and highly motivated self-starter with a positive and flexible approach.
