Click-to-open-rate, also known as CTOR, is the ratio of users clicks on a specific link to the number of users who open the email. It also shows whether the content of the email is effective.

A domain name is an address where users can access your website. It is used to identify one or more IP addresses.

Email Validation is the procedure showing if the email address is valid, or checking if the address exists within a reliable domain.

Email Segmentation
Email segmentation is the division of all your email subscribers into smaller segments. You can create different groups [segments] based on age, location, interests, purchase history.

Call To Action
A call-to-action, also known as a CTA, is a marketing term defining an element that prompts an immediate action from a prospect, e.g., quick response or sale.

DomainKeys is an email authentication system designed to verify the domain name of an email sender.

Dynamic Content
Dynamic content is digital and online content that changes based on data, user behavior, and preferences. This might be text, audio, or video.

Sending Name
The sender name is a key element of an email message and is written in the “From” line.

Email receiver is an individual who has opted-in to receive email from either an individual or business.

Broken Link
A broken link is a link on a website that no longer works due to an invalid URL or removed the linked web page.

Broken Image
A broken image is an image on a website that doesn’t show up or a picture that you cannot see.
